Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons)

  • Opened or used haircare products cannot be returned


نقبل الإرجاع فقط في حالة استلام منتج تالف أو به عيب أو غير صحيح.

لأهلية الإرجاع:

  • يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية (لأسباب صحية)

  • لا يمكن إرجاع منتجات العناية بالشعر بعد فتحها أو استخدامها

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days


بعد استلام وفحص المرتجع، سيتم إعلامك بالموافقة أو الرفض.

في حال الموافقة:

  • يتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية

  • قد تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع من 5–10 أيام عمل

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Shipping fees


لا يمكن استرجاع المبالغ في الحالات التالية:

  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة

  • المنتجات غير المغلفة بحالتها الأصلية

  • رسوم الشحن

4. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
